Visual Arts is a terrific subject and allows students to explore their imagination and creativity.
It is a mandatory subject in Stage 4 and students study a wide range of inspiring artists. They experiment with 2D, 3D and 4D forms including Drawing, Painting, Ceramics, Printmaking, Digital Media and Sculpture.
Students are given the opportunity to choose Visual Arts in Stage 5 and 6. In these stages, Art experiences are extended and the students' own creativity is supported and encouraged.
Our students are able to exhibit in local regional galleries, including Gosford, Lake Macquarie and Maitland.
Excursions include visits to galleries, places of interest for photography and workshops.
