Gifted and talented

Northlakes High School are constantly introducing new and exciting ideas to extend our gifted and talented students. 

Our Aboriginal students will participate in didge, dance and performances. Some of our students have been invited to leadership excursions.

Students here at Northlakes High School also have the opportunity to be reader/writers for special provisions and can be involved in a Peer Tutor Literacy Program.

We at Northlakes High School would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land on which we work, learn, and grow, the Darkinjung and Awaba peoples. This is the shared lands of the people of the mountains and the people of the sea. We recognise the continued connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to the land and support future generations in maintaining this connection to their land and culture. We also pay respects to the Elders for they are our leaders, our story and knowledge sharers.
